kura is an index and companion. It does not host gallery pages; galleries are hosted by nhentai.net and covers are loaded from its servers.

You keep the rights to your lists, notes and reviews and grant us a licence to display them within the service as you configure. You must not post illegal content.

Prohibited uses (Verbotene Nutzung)

• Scraping or bulk-collecting data from the service
• Abuse, harassment or disrupting the service
• Circumventing the age gate

Notices and removal (Meldungen und Entfernung)

You can report illegal content at any time via Report content. We review reports and may remove or block content.

Availability (Verfügbarkeit)

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Liability (Haftung)

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination (Kündigung)

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
